I went on a 3 week sailing trip in 91 and had no music. Upon returning I remember how foreign the sound was, jerrys guitar tones struck me and I think I was up grazing for quite a while.

Presently I may be in the longest hiatus I have ever had. Been getting into some amazing new music since signing up for spotify.com a site that gives you access to a rather incredible collection of albums. Every dicks picks, roadtrips, dwnld series ,as well as the extended dead albums with all the juicy bonus tracks. Peggy o bonus from go to heaven, all the jams on blues for Allah, rather incredible all the new shit.

But been really getting into new music
Gaudi - serious thing
Bassnectar - Timestretch
Saafi brothers
Irina Mikailova
Mercan dede
David starfire
